Veg Burger & French Fries

Here comes the famous combo "Burger & Fries". The origination place of burger is not sure as per wiki, it may be either Germany or US. But in U.S, the burger is mostly served with french fries. So i'm posting this combo under American food.
When we were in US, while travelling, if we couldnt find any indian restaurant, then we have either cheese pizza or  veg burger. That time, i was much hesitant to try any new dishes. So this were life saver for me sometimes.
I'm very much  inspired from Chitra's Burger recipe, so far i tried this 3/4 times, it turns out super delicious very time. The original recipe suggest to deep fry the patties, but i just shallow fry them and i couldn't find any major difference(low calorie version right?).  Ok. let see the recipe for this world famous combo.

Cook on medium flame until it turns golden brown on both side .Now it's time to arrange the burger. Cut the burger bun and toast the inside of the bun . Apply mayonnaise on the lower part of the bun, arrange onions, cabbage and then patties. On top of that arrange lettuce, tomato and add generous amount of ketchup and mayonnaise and close it with top layer of bun. That's it, Tasty and healthy home made Veg Burger is ready.
