Avocado Sandwich | Guacamole Sandwich | Sandwich Recipe

Avocado Sandwich ,another easy yet super creamy & delicious sandwich.I have tried this sandwich so many times for breakfast and it's finger licking delicious each time. The best thing about this sandwich is  the creamy stuffing inside the butter toasted bread, when you bite together it's so yummy. So I suggest you to serve this sandwich as soon as prepared, otherwise the bread becomes soggy.

  • You can use any types of onions you like, here i used red onions.
  • If you like, you can add some chopped tomatoes.
  • Depends on the spice you want, adjust the jalapeno.
  • Once you mashed the avocado, immediately squeeze the lemon juice and mix it thoroughly,it prevents the color change of avocado.
  • Mash the avocado as per your liking either smoothly or chunky.
  • I used brown bread here, but you can use any type of bread you prefer.
