Golden Pompano Fish Fry, a delicious and flavorful Indian Style fish fry made with Golden Pompano Fish. It's one of the most commonly available fishes here in Canada so we have been buying this fish a lot recently.

Golden Pompano fish is fleshly and white so it's perfect for fish fry and it tastes somewhat similar to pomfret fish. So if you're looking for some Indian fishe here in North America, give this fish a try. It's usually available in most of the Asian stores.

Marination for fish fry

Usually, i use chili powder, salt and lemon juice for fish marination. About a year ago, i saw a Pinterest post about the malabar style masala for marinating the fish. It seemed interesting and delicious so gave it a try and it turned out fantabulous.

Ever since i have been using this marinade for different types of fish like salmon, tilapia and so on and it tastes so good with every type of fish. Hence give it a try if this marination sounds new to you and i'm sure that you would love this flavor and taste.

Now let's check out on how to make this delicious fish fry.
