Carrot Juice | Carrot Ginger Juice | Summer Drinks

Carrot Juice, a refreshing summer drink.This juice can be made in 5 mins and it's also versatile juice, you can make this juice as per your liking. Ginger, mint & lemon are added to enhance the taste of this juice, you can add all those things or make your own combination as per your preference.

Ingredients
Carrot - 3 (small)
Ginger - 1/2 tsp (chopped)
Mint leaves - 2
Sugar - to taste
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp(optional)
Water - 1/2 cup

Procedure
Peel the carrot and cut into small pieces and put carrot,ginger & mint into blender/mixie jar to blend.Add water & sugar.Grind it into smooth paste.Strain the juice through strainer. Press the carrot pulp in strainer with spoon, it hepls to strain faster. 
If you're using lemon juice, add now and serve.
Tasty,refreshing carrot juice is ready.
Notes:

  • If you wish, add few ice cubes on top while serving.
  • Adding ice cubes, dilute the juice, instead i would recommend to use the chilled water while grinding or after making the juice,refrigerate it till serving.  
  • Instead of sugar, you can use honey too.
