Roasted Phool Makhana is our favorite snack to munch on tea time, so i make this often at home. You can prepare this within 5 mins,even less than the time taken to make coffee/tea.That makes it as ideal snack for our tea time.

Roasted Phool Makhana

Ingredients
Phool Makhana - 1 cup
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Sambar powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste Oil - 1 tsp
Phool Makhana - 1 cup
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Sambar powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste Oil - 1 tsp
Heat a kadai with oil, add the phool makhana in the pan, roast till the phool makhana becomes crispy.It make take 4-5 mins on medium flame.
Add the spices(turmeric & sambar powder) & salt.
Give a quick toss and switch off the flame.

Notes:
- After adding the spices, keep the flame in low to avoid burning.
- You can add chat masala or pepper powder as per your liking.
- Or even just with salt also, it tastes good.
