Murungai Keerai Poriyal, a delicious and healthy stir fry made from drumstick leaves. Drumstick leaves are rich in antioxidants and have many nutrients, therefore including them in your diet adds so much benefit to your health.

Drumstick leaves is  the only greens that I liked from childhood, in those days I hated almost all other greens. Unlike other greens, it doesn't turn mushy and has a bite to it which I like the most next to its flavor.

Like any greens, this drumstick leaves also hardly take any time to cook but removing the leaves from the stack is the most time consuming process in making this poriyal.

Hence it's always better  to ask help from your partner to remove the leaves from the stalk or if you are doing it alone, do it while watching tv or listening to your songs, so that you won't get bored with the monotonous

Ok, now let's see how to make this delicious murungai keerai poriyal.
